We recommend that you read it carefully and fill in all the forms necessary at each stage.
1. Total cost estimate – free and with no commitment.
Before any surgical intervention, an estimate needs to be established :
In order to receive a precise cost estimate, you will need to fill in the total cost estimate form , enclosing colour photographs (face and profile) of the parts of the body you want to be treated . The form and the photos will help the surgeon to make a precise medical assessment of your case, and to work out a precise fee. The best way to send the form and photos is

Only genuine application forms with photos attached can be accepted by our surgeon.
The photos required for hair transplants are :
1 full face picture focusing on the top of your head, a profile picture, a picture showing the back of your head,and another showing the top of your head.
2- Medical diagnosis
Once you have received our estimate cost and if you are interested in our offer, you will need to provide us with information on your background, to be summarized in our medical history form.
These information are of extreme importance to our surgeon for making accurate diagnosis.
3- Your choice
After having examined your medical history form, the surgeon will be able to take his decision regarding your operation. If it is positive, you will receive our surgeon's initial diagnosis concerning your case, together with the relevant cost estimate. You will also receive the name and references of your surgeon. You will have 7 days to think it over before confirming your decision. During this time of reflection, we remain at your disposal for further inquiries. Beauty Travel can also arrange consultations by phone with your surgeon, so you can get acquainted with him and ask him further questions. |
4- Your arrival at Tunis-Carthage airport
A personalized welcome will be reserved to you at Tunis-Carthage airport and your transfer to the clinic will be ensured by our care on board of luxurious and comfortable vehicle. Driving time from the airport to the clinic is 10 minutes. Note kindly that our agency is the only medical tourist organization which has an office at Tunis-Carthage airport.
5- Pre-op consultation
We will arrange an appointment with your surgeon and anaesthetist on the day of your arrival.
You will have to submit the check-up results and the surgeon will explain to you again all the terms of the surgical procedures.
Please, take this opportunity to discuss with him any questions or worries that you may still have, in order to be completely reassured before signing the mutual consent form. The pre-op consultation will end with the confirmation of your initial estimate cost and the payment of your bill.
We accept payments in cash or in traveller's checks.
NB : Traveller's checks must be supported by the purchase receipt issued by the bank where you bought them.
6- The payment
It will be required to pay your invoice on your previous operation day. The payment could be done in cash or in traveller cheque (those accompanied by the purchase note delivered by your bank) or bank draft (certified Cheque) or by transfer.
7- The operation
The operation is programmed the day after your pre-operative consultation, unless if you arrive on a Saturday.
Your personal assistant will be at your side the day of the surgery.
8- Your return home
Your assistant from Beauty Travel will have confirmed your return flight and will take you back to the airport in a private car.
